As an attorney for over 30 years, David Jenkins has become a highly respected Chicago lawyer in the areas of litigation and appellate law. David Jenkins’ journey in becoming the experienced attorney he is today started at Wittenberg University where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and English. Inspired by his classes in political science and Constitutional Law, David Jenkins sought to become an attorney and attended The John Marshall Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992.

JenkinsAs a law student, he served as the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the John Marshall Law Review in which his respected position and high academic success demonstrated David Jenkins’ ability to become a great lawyer. After graduating from The John Marshall Law School, David Jenkins gained additional and valuable experience by taking an esteemed position as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Charles R. Norgle, Sr., a district court judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, before joining his first private practice.

Since then, David Jenkins has written numerous publications for law journals and other publications, and has served as an attorney for highly acclaimed cases with many of them resulting in a successful resolution. David Jenkins now brings his years of experience to aggressively take on a variety of cases through his established Chicago litigation law firm, The Jenkins Law Group.
